Bamboo hardwood floors are a great way to make any home or room look extremely expensive and rich. I highly recommend looking into them if you want a nice new look and prefer how wood feels on your feet. If that is you, I would highly recommend looking into the different materials. You can get Walnut, Brazilian cherry, and Pine. Now, obviously there are plenty of other materials that those are by far the most common and inexpensive. If you like richer options they are out there as well. Just remember to keep in mind that the installation cost will add more to your overall price.
Many people forget to factor in the installing aspect of the new bamboo floors. Of course, you can always buy the flooring wholesale for very cheap and then figure out how to install it yourself. This isn't a bad plan if you are somebody who is comfortable with that type of thing. You just need to figure out which type of adhesive is right for the laying part and you will be halfway done.
However, if you don't know what the difference is between prefinished, refinished, and unfinished, then you probably aren't somebody that is qualified to do this kind of work. Remember, you want to look as good as possible, and it is a solid job. If you don't do it exactly right, it will look natural and you will have to do a lot of repairs later on down the road. At the very least, get somebody who knows exactly what they're doing to guide you along the way. They will also be able to help you with questions people have about how to remove scratches, as well as other maintenance questions.
All in all though, I think you'll really enjoy these types of floors. Bamboo is a fantastic wood and you can often get great deals for it. Just remember to buy it during the right season, so you won't end up paying a lot more than you have to. That would be a shame and you don't want to do that because you want to save money for any repairs and for the installation task if you don't plan on doing that yourself.
